OMFY is looking for a visionary, strategic marketing professional to take the brand to the next level and drive business growth across European markets.
This is not a typical “SMM” position — we’re looking for a senior-level leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who can see the big picture and get things done.
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:
▶️ Build and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy with a strong focus on international markets
▶️ Develop and grow the company’s brand visibility in Latvia and across Europe
▶️ Establish and lead the marketing department from the ground up
▶️ Plan and manage integrated marketing activities (digital, events, trade shows, media, PR, etc.)
▶️ Lead content creation for social media, PR, and public communications
▶️ Develop and run effective email marketing campaigns targeting current and potential B2B clients
▶️ Oversee marketing budgets, drive measurable results, and meet performance KPIs
▶️ Conduct market analysis and competitive research, identifying new opportunities
🔎 We are looking for someone who:
✅ Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — a leader who can also execute
✅ Has experience in “solid” B2B sectors (not just product/consumer marketing)
✅ Understands how to enter and position a brand in international markets
✅ Can build and manage a marketing team from scratch
✅ Has solid experience in email marketing and understands its role in B2B lead generation
✅ Functions as a “playing coach” — driving the team while actively contributing
✅ Collaborates closely with the business development and sales teams to support growth
📍 Requirements:
▶️ Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
▶️ 3–5+ years of strategic marketing experience, ideally in B2B sectors
▶️ Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
▶️ Previous experience working with or expanding into international markets
▶️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian (Russian is a plus)
▶️ Strong planning, budgeting, and analytical skills
