Commercial Director

IT Camp client is a business oriented neobank providing B2B customers with full traditional banking infrastructure (including accounts, transfers in/out, cards) combined with additional features such as acquiring, invoicing and tax reporting, as well as full access to crypto (wallets, payments in/out, exchange, swaps, low-risk DeFi products). Operating in the UK, EU and Canada.

Job Description: The applicant will be responsible for representing the company in the UK with our business partners, for arrangement of the workflow and processes required by the local office and team, create lists, strategies, approaches to constantly improve and increase the presence of the business in the UK. Work closely with management, marketing, business development and sales team departments on constantly improving the product. The applicant should be able to independently compile and present recommendations to the top management, and to take decisions independently in the line of the existing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

● Partner relationship development and management

● Organisation of processes for the search and attraction of new partners

● Local presence development (liaising with local business clubs and organisations that might bring in new clients, helping marketing and management team)

● Participation in business and product development

● Participating in preparing financial reports

● Aiding management team in on-site communication with regulators and authorities

● Provision of insights-driven recommendations to the management

● Development, utilisation, and sharing of the best practices to enhance functional efficiency and accuracy

● Support efforts to develop and enhance partner relationships.

Requirements:

● 4-yr degree or equivalent (finance / banking / business administration and management)

● 5 years prior experience in banking/financial industry

● 2 years prior experience in a managerial position

● Proficiency in English is a must

● Basic knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR)

● Basic knowledge of crypto

● Previous experience in crypto preferable

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Effective and efficient leadership and management skills

● Ability to organise and lead the work of the local office

● Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment

● Ability to analyse the market, assess, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from that data

● Solid communication and skills

● Strong computer skills including MS Office applications

● Knowledge of making financial analysis and reports

● High responsibility while working with sensitive and classified information
