IT Camp partner is an IT outsourcing US company with headquarters in New York and Toronto, which is collaborating with clients from Healthcare, Lifes Sciences, FinTech, Consumer Goods, and many other industries. The company provides high-impact targeted solutions for their clients in the spheres of IT & DevOps, BI, Sales, Product & Custom development, etc.

Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a Fullstack (Python/React) Developer for long-term cooperation.

Location: remote work, hybrid
Employment: standard employment in Latvia or Poland, or contract type of work.

Main project: collaboration with a large American company that works in Healthcare for different projects related to Health insurance.

Technology stackPythonReact, PostgreSQL, Kafka, TDD, AWS

Main tasks:

  • Participation in the process of transition from monolithic systems to microservices;
  • Applets integrations, work with API;
  • Creation of new applications based on client business needs;
  • Business requirements translation to IT solutions.


  • 3-5 years of experience as a Python/React Developer in a production environment;
  • Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks like Flask;
  • Expert knowledge of front-end technologies like React or related frameworks;
  • Understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL;
  • Experience with Kafka and RPC frameworks like gRPC is a plus;
  • Experience working with test-driven development and unit test frameworks, strong testing and debugging skills;
  • Proactive independent individual contributor and a team player in the same time;
  • Very good English (both written and spoken);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree in software development is a plus.
