Our partner, advertising technology company which provides dynamic, targeted and automated native in-game advertising for the global video games industry across multiple platforms. Its proprietary technology is capable of inserting adverts into naturally occurring advertising spaces within video games across multiple platforms (mobile, PC and console).

Is searching for: HR Specialist.

Team size: 35 employees.
Office location: Brīvības street 214 (VEF).

Our client is looking for an experienced and self-driven HR specialist talented in IT Recruitment, who can build the new processes (including the Recruitment process), improve external/internal communication between the teams and offices. You should be a person who loves the processes, structure and take responsibility.

Key responsibilities: 

  • IT recruitment (~10 devs per year). Identify and engage the best IT talents on the market, both locally and internationally and be responsible for the full IT recruitment cycle;
  • To be responsible for employees payroll, compensation and contingent pay, data administration;
  • Work on HR performance appraisal;
  • Improve internal HR processes, reporting, documentation;
  • Lead the people management;
  • Organize activities for the company’s branding.


  • Experience in IT recruitment at least 1 year;
  • Previous experience as HR at least 2 years;
  • Understanding of main HR processes;
  • High level of English, Latvian, Russian languages.
