PRODUCT OWNER

IT Camp client is the fastest-growing online consumer lending company in Europe, with headquarters in Riga, Latvia. The company uses the latest technologies to ensure instant consumer identification and scoring.

There are working 150 people in Riga office, from which 60 people are IT department.
Office on Skanstes iela, Riga.

A hybrid approach to work – you can work 2 days per week remotely.

Technology stack: PHP, Vue.js, Oracle technologies

Due to the growth of the company we are looking for Product Owner to join the team.

Job mission:
Own product pipeline, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate all scrum/agile ceremonies, have an understanding of the product on a behalf of deep analytical and strategic skills. Be a leader in maximizing the value of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile/Scrum development team and stakeholders;
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities;
  • Build product ownership artifacts to maximize visibility across the board;
  • Define and shape the requirements based on business needs and technical possibilities on our side;
  • Write and maintain internal documentation;
  • Ensure frequent delivery and that the backlog is in place, escalate all possible risks and issues;
  • Manage the backlog and delivery priorities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years previous working experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Project Manager;
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles;
  • Experience with Software products, development projects and cycles and in cooperation with development team.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic thinking skills;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent English language skills, Russian language would be as an advantage;
  • Excellent ability to visualize product specifications and attention to details;
  • Desire to understand the business and end consumer needs, evaluating product progress and possible improvement of it.
