– At least 2 years of experience in active B2B sales.
– Strong personal skills: proactivity, goal-oriented, self-motivation, high energy, discipline, and the ability to find solutions rather than excuses.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
– Strong negotiation skills and persistence in achieving results.
– A continuous desire to learn and grow alongside our team.
– Experience in b2c sales or customer service is a plus.
– Fluent in Latvian, Russian, and English (foreign language skills are essential for communicating with clients outside Latvia).
