Our partner is a leading distributor specializing in action sport and electric scooters providing high-quality, reliable scooters for both urban commuting and extreme sports enthusiasts, offering a diverse range of products from top manufacturers. Company’s mission is to make modern and sustainable transportation solutions accessible, while supporting the growing demand for trick scooters in action sports.
As we grow, we are looking for a motivated, proactive, and energetic individual with a strong “hunter mentality” to join our team in the search for new clients and sales opportunities. Your key responsibilities:

– Actively reach out to potential clients.
– Handle incoming client inquiries, providing quick and efficient responses.
– Represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs.
– Creatively and dynamically seek new clients and explore new business opportunities.
– Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
– Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
– Prepare commercial offers.
– Proactively search for new B2B clients/partners internationally.
– Independently build and maintain a “pipeline” of potential clients.
– Take responsibility for meeting sales goals.

What company expects from you:

– At least 2 years of experience in active B2B sales.
– Strong personal skills: proactivity, goal-oriented, self-motivation, high energy, discipline, and the ability to find solutions rather than excuses.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
– Strong negotiation skills and persistence in achieving results.
– A continuous desire to learn and grow alongside our team.
– Experience in b2c sales or customer service is a plus.
– Fluent in Latvian, Russian, and English (foreign language skills are essential for communicating with clients outside Latvia).
