A fast-growing international
real estate developer with headquarters in Dubai and
global projects in partnership with iconic brands is expanding its project office in Latvia. The company delivers signature luxury buildings, bespoke architectural concepts, and premium residential and commercial developments across the UAE, Europe, and India.
We are seeking an
Administrative Manager to lead the daily operations of the Latvia office and ensure seamless coordination between project teams, designers, and technical specialists. This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys structuring processes, improving workflows, and enabling teams to work efficiently across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational activities of the Riga project office;
- Coordinate work between project managers, designers, technical oversight teams, and support staff;
- Maintain smooth administrative, scheduling, and logistical processes;
- Ensure internal deadlines, quality standards, and project office procedures are followed;
- Support onboarding, team organization, documentation flow, and communication channels;
- Report directly to the Technical Director and provide operational updates;
- Assist with preparing the office for growth as the team doubles in size.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative coordination, project support, or operations management;
- Strong independence, ownership mindset, and ability to self-organize;
- Fluency in English; Russian-speaking background preferred;
- Ability to work flexibly across locations (with fewer trips required if self-organized);
- A proactive, structured approach and ability to support multiple teams at once.
