Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for MarTech Engineer to join the team.

Size of Team in Riga: 200 developers.

The product and the team:
In this role, you`ll work alongside DevOps Engineers, Product Owners and Business Engineers to design, develop and deploy innovative technical solutions that enable seamless digital marketing across multiple channels - including web, mobile, email, push notifications, shops and chat for Swisscom`s consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Marketing Platform to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels;
  • Configure and manage identity resolution processes across the company`s brands and touchpoints;
  • Develop and maintain tracking scripts within Tag manager to support analytics, performance measurement and optimization initiatives;
  • Set up onsite personalization use cases and A/B testing;

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs and microservices architecture;
  • Familiar with at least one marketing platform (Tealium, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, Oracle Eloqua) demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing automation and data-driven engagement;
  • Experience with marketing technologies;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Very good English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AMM, Tags) and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g. Target);
  • Experience in JavaScript, Angular and HTML, with focus on building scalable front-end solutions;
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure or similar);

  • Salary from 3700 to 5600 EUR gross (depending on experience);
