Were looking for a Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of our data infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain reports and/or interactive dashboards based on business user requirements, including custom calculations and specific formatting.
-Process and integrate raw data sourced from various internal and external systems.
-Extend and maintain the data warehouse by incorporating new fields and data when it becomes available.
-Collaborate effectively with system administrators and IT teams to ensure a stable, robust, and performant data processing and reporting environment.
Mandatory requirements (must-have):
-Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
-In-depth, hands-on experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), particularly Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
-Familiarity with data warehousing architecture and principles.
-Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and integration tasks.
-Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) principles as applied to data engineering and database development.
-Experience utilizing Issue & Project Tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to manage tasks, sprints, and development lifecycles.
Nice to have:
-Strong advantage if you possess experience within the regulatory reporting domain, including reports like FINREP, COREP, LIQREP, Pillar 3, AnaCredit, and Basel 3/4.
-Specific previous experience of regulation reporting to Latvijas Banka (e.g., Credit Register) is highly valued.
