Due to the growth of the company, we are searching for an Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and merchants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Oversee client interactions post-sales, manage contracts, create and manage chats, and handle the entire integration process
Proactively monitor client statuses and activities, monitor conversion rates, and turnovers
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, notify merchants of updates and prepare pricing proposals
Take initiative in operational tasks, analyse market trends, and prepare recommendations to formulate winning proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
2+ years experience in the payment industry
Experience in client/partner management and operational support
Customer service orientation and high level of communication skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling operational tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and desire to continuously develop in Fintech
Proficient in English and Russian languages (written and verbal)
