How long does the relocation process take?
It all depends on the specific situation. On average, the process lasts from 1 to 3 months, but in particularly difficult situations it can take from 6 to 9 months. During the entire process, we stay in touch and inform you about the current situation.
Is a positive result guaranteed?
We do everything possible to ensure that you get a positive result. To do this, we will need close cooperation with you and timely receipt of all necessary documents.
How much I will have to pay for paperwork (state fees)?
All amounts of state fees can be found on the website of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs Republic of Latvia
For how long is a Latvian residence permit issued?
The validity period of the residence permit depends on the main country and citizenship of the client. On average it can be from 1 to 5 years.
Can I make an appointment with you for a consultation?
We provide relocation consultations. If you are cooperating with us and receiving recruiting services, then the relocation consultation will be free for you. In all other cases, the cost of consultation is 80 euros per hour. During the consultation, we will discuss all your questions and if needed, also can draw up an initial action plan.
What to do if your application for a residence permit is refused?
Refusal comes only in very rare cases and usually requires a serious reason. If all the documents have been submitted correctly and no important information has been hidden from us, then we submit the documents for an appeal. We fight for you until we get a positive result.
