Our partner is a leading distributor specializing in action sport and electric scooters providing high-quality, reliable scooters for both urban commuting and extreme sports enthusiasts, offering a diverse range of products from top manufacturers. Company’s mission is to make modern and sustainable transportation solutions accessible, while supporting the growing demand for trick scooters in action sports.
As we grow, we are looking for a Head of Sales – a professional who is ready to build an effective sales team, establish internal processes, foster close collaboration with our existing partners and stakeholders, and develop long-term cooperation with new partners and customers.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives;
  • Build a sales department from scratch: recruiting, training, and motivating the team;
  • Establish efficient business processes within the sales department, implement CRM systems and monitor the sales pipeline;
  • Develop and implement KPIs for the sales team and oversee their achievement;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop recommendations to improve sales;
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new key clients and partners;
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and present the results of the department’s performance.

What company expects from you:

  • Proven experience in leading, motivating a sales department and achieving sales targets;
  • Experience in goods distribution (box-moving and warehousing) is the must;
  • Experience in a leadership sales role for at least 3 years;
  • Preferably experience in building a sales department from scratch;
  • Strategic planning and operational management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools;
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;
  • Experience negotiating with top-level management and building long-term partnerships.
